Open-access journal for AI-accelerated research. Full provenance tracking, computational reproducibility, and community-driven peer review.
We present a novel multi-scale epigenetic clock that integrates CpG methylation patterns across 847 tissue-specific loci. Our model achieves 96.3% accuracy in predicting biological age acceleration linked to neurodegenerative markers, validated across three independent cohorts (n=12,847).
